Kur'an'da İki Harfin Art Arda Tekrar Edilmesinden Oluşan Ruba'i Fiillerin Semantik Açıdan Değerlendirilmesi

Özet
Yaşayan dünya dilleri arasında gramer ve retorik açısından öne çıkmayı başaran dillerden biri de Arapçadır. Arap dilinin sahip olduğu tüm belagat sanatlarını en ince detaylarıyla Kur'an'da görmek mümkündür. Kur'an'da kullanılan kelimeler son derece hassas bir sisteme göre yerleştirilmiştir. Kur'an'da peş peşe iki harfin tekrar edildiği fiiller dikkat çekmektedir. Bu çalışmada bu tür fiiller ele alınarak semantik açıdan değerlendirilecek ve bu kullanımın anlama ne tür katkısı olduğu belirlenmeye çalışılacaktır. Ayrıca bu fiillerin geçtiği ayetlere meal verilirken içerdiği pekiştirme ve mübalağa anlamlarının tercümeye yansıtılıp yansıtılmadığı Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı'nın basmış olduğu Halil Altuntaş ve Muzaffer Şahin'e ait Kur'an meali dikkate alınarak ortaya konulmaya gayret edilecektir. Kur'an'da iki harfin peş peşe tekrar edilmesi suretiyle ifade edilen bu tür fiillerde, kelimenin telaffuzu ve mana arasında sıkı bir bağ vardır. Meal verilirken, zikredilen anlamların kelimenin fonetiğine gizlenmiş olduğu hakikati göz önünde bulundurulmalı ve manada oluşan bu değişiklik ve farklar metne iliştirilmelidir.
It is possible to see all the rhetorical arts of the Arabic language in the finest details in the Quran. The words used in the Quran are placed according to an extremely precise system. In the Quran, verbs in which two letters are repeated consecutively attract attention. In this study, such verbs will be evaluated semantically and it will be tried to determine what kind of contribution this usage makes to the meaning. In addition, when giving meaning to the verses in which these verbs occur, an effort will be made to reveal whether the meanings of reinforcement and exaggeration are reflected in the translation by taking into account the meaning of the Quran. While giving the meaning, the fact that some meanings are hidden in the phonetics of the word should be taken into consideration and should be attached to the text.
