dc.description.abstractÖzgüven ve benlik saygısı psikolojide öne çıkan kavramlardandır. Özgüven bireyin yapabileceklerinin ve kendi yeterliklerinin farkına varması bunu ortaya çıkarması olarak kabul edilirken benlik saygısı ise kişinin kendine yönelik yaptığı öznel değerlendirmeler olarak ifade edilmektedir. Bu araştırmada, Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışmanlık öğretmen adaylarının özgüven ve benlik saygısına ilişkin görüşlerinin incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu bağlamda, olgubilim (fenomenoloji) araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu yöntem kapsamında uygun durum örnekleme tekniği kullanılarak araştırmanın çalışma grubu oluşturulmuştur. Buna göre, Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışmanlık anabilim dalında 1. sınıfta öğrenim gören 100 öğrenciyle araştırma yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak yapılandırılmamış anket kullanılmıştır. Yapılandırılmamış anket iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde katılımcıların demografik bilgilerine yer verilmiş, ikinci bölümde ise katılımcılara açık uçlu soru sorulmuştur. Bu doğrultuda veriler toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler betimsel analize tabi tutulmuştur. Verilerin analiz edilmesi sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara bakıldığında, öğretmen adayları özgüven ve benlik saygısı gelişiminde aile, sosyal çevre, kültür ve okulun etkileri olduğunu belirtmiştir. Ayrıca öğretmen adayları bireylerin özgüvenlerinin gelişiminde uygulamalı eğitimin katkısı olduğu ve özgüvenleri gelişen bireylerinde benlik saygılarının daha yüksek olduğunu görüşlerinde belirtmiştir.
dc.description.abstractSelf-confidence and self-esteem are prominent concepts in psychology. Self-esteem is expressed as subjective evaluations made by the individual towards himself, while self-confidence is accepted as the awareness of the individual's ability to do and his own competencies. In this study, it was aimed to examine the opinions of Guidance and Psychological Counseling teacher candidates on self-confidence and self-esteem. The phenomenology research method was used. Within the scope of this method, the study group of the research was formed by using the appropriate case sampling technique. Accordingly, the study was conducted with 100 students studying in the first year of the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling. An unstructured questionnaire was used as a data collection tool in the study. Unstructured questionnaire consists of two parts. Participants' demographic information was included in the first part, and an open-ended question was asked to the participants in the second part. In this direction, data were collected. Collected data were subjected to descriptive analysis. Considering the findings obtained as a result of analyzing the data, teacher candidates stated that family, social environment, culture and school have effects on the development of self-confidence and self-esteem. In addition, teacher candidates stated in their views that practical training contributed to the development of individuals' self-confidence and that individuals whose self-confidence developed had higher self-esteem.
