dc.description.abstractThe research aims to determine the effect of gender on digital citizenship behaviour level. Within the scope of the research, in Google Academic, EBSCOhost, ERIC, ULAKBİM TR Directory, YÖK (Council of Higher Education) Thesis databases, A search was made using the words "vatandaş, dijital vatandaş, dijital vatandaşlık, e-vatandaşlık, sanal vatandaşlık, citizen, digital citizen, digital citizenship, e-citizenship, virtual citizenship" and 20 studies were reached in this context. 14 of these studies published between 2012-2020 are articles and 4 of them are thesis. The effect sizes, heterogeneities and publication bias analyzes of the studies were done using the "Comprehensive Meta-Analysis" statistical program. dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı cinsiyetin dijital vatandaşlık davranış düzeyi üzerindeki etkisini belirlemektir. Araştırma kapsamında Google Akademik, EBSCOhost, ERİC, ULAKBİM TR Dizin, YÖK Tez veri tabanlarında "vatandaş, dijital vatandaş, dijital vatandaşlık, e-vatandaşlık, sanal vatandaşlık, citizen, digital citizen, digital citizenship, e-citizenship, virtual citizenship" kelimeleri kullanılarak tarama yapılmış ve bu kapsamda 20 çalışmaya ulaşılmıştır. 2012-2020 yılları arasında yayınlanan bu çalışmalardan 14'ü makale, 4'ü ise tez türündedir. Çalışmaların etki büyüklükleri, heterojenlikleri ve yayın yanlılığı analizleri "Comprehensive Meta-Analysis" istatistik programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır.
