Özet
This paper explores the relationships between domestic tourists' sensory experience, place dependence, and satisfaction in street food. The research was conducted based on responses from 438 domestic tourists who visited Izmir (T & uuml;rkiye) and consumed street food. This study uses the relational survey method to examine the relationships between variables. The study revealed direct relationships between variables using SEM. Then, the mediating role of place dependence in the effect of sensory experiences on satisfaction was tested using PROCESS macros. The results show that sensory experiences (sight, smell, and taste) and place dependence positively and significantly affect satisfaction. In addition, Model 4 of the PROCESS macro found the significant mediating role of place dependence in the effect of sensory experiences on satisfaction.
