Özet
Her dönemde insanlara faydalı olan biyoloji, ülkemizde ilkokuldan üniversiteye kadar eğitim sürecinin bütün basamaklarında değişik konular kapsamında okutulmaktadır. Çalışma; bu süreçte biyoloji eğitimi alan yüksekokul öğrencilerinde biyoloji dersinin hedeflediği davranış değişikliklerine ne oranda ulaşıldığını belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Araştırmaya Atatürk Üniversitesinde 3 farklı programa devam eden son sınıf öğrencilerinden 112 öğrenci katıldı. Katılan öğrencilere araştırmanın amacına uygun olarak 20 soruluk anket uygulandı.Anket sonuçlarına göre biyoloji eğitimi sayesinde yüksekokul öğrencilerinde %73.9 oranında biyoloji eğitiminin yarattığı davranış değişiklikleri ile insanın kendisine, çevresine ve dünya barışına katkıda bulunacağı şeklinde davranış değişiklikleri edinebileceğinin yanıtı alındı.
