dc.description.abstract | Pastinaca vanensis is described as a new species from the Ba??kale district (Van-Turkey). Its diagnostic characteristics are discussed, and taxonomic comments are presented. P. vanensis is related to Pastinaca zozimoides but differs from this spe-cies in indumentum, petal color, and mericarp features. Data on ecology and the conservation status of the new species are also presented. A distribution map of the new and related species is provided. | en_US |
