Özet

The primary objective of this research is to examine the relationship between school administrators' ethical leadership behaviours and physical education and sports teachers' perceptions of organisational justice. The study was conducted with 344 teachers working in Sakarya province during the 2019-2020 academic year. The ‘Ethical Leadership Scale’ and the ‘Organisational Justice Scale’ were used in the research. In the analysis of the data, a normality test was first applied; then, t-tests, ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation Analysis methods were used to test the sub-problems. The research findings revealed that teachers' perceptions of ethical leadership and organisational justice showed statistically significant differences according to the variables of gender, age, professional seniority, length of service at the school, and school management experience. Furthermore, a positive and significant relationship was found between ethical leadership and perceptions of organisational justice. The findings are largely consistent with the existing literature.
