Özet
Bu araştırma, farklı yetiştirme sistemlerinde (kafes sistemi, aile tipi ve serbest gezen sistem) üretilen tavuk yumurtalarının dış ve iç kalite parametreleri üzerindeki mevsimsel (ilkbahar, yaz, sonbahar ve kış) etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmada farklı yetiştirme sistemlerinden her bir mevsimde 50'şer adet olmak üzere toplam 600 adet yumurta toplanmıştır.
